A Look Into The League 1 2014/2015 Season

For 3 teams, the Championship awaits, newly relegated teams Doncaster, Barnsley and Yeovil will look to get back up the to that division. But it won't be easy for them, Sheffield United, Leyton Orient, MK Dons and Peterborough are strong contenders for promotion. Chesterfield, Fleetwood, Rochdale and Scunthorpe who all came up from League 2 look solid enough to get mid table finishes and look to build on that the following season. For many teams the possibility of dropping into the bottom tier of English League football is a reality. Survival will be the main objective for Colchester, Port Vale, Gillingham and Notts County. Keep an eye out for many Premiership youngsters who get loaned out to this level to gain experience, in one of the toughest divisions.
